Just tried out my new set of 195/65-15 Kumho KW-11 snow tires in studded form on my C230. Took the car for a freeway drive on some dry bare pavement, and then on some very icy snowy side steets.

On the freeway, the car handled decently, better than I expected for a T rated snow tire with studs.

On the icy side streets the car handled the best I have yet to experience on any snow tires. Incredible! The fact that these tires are cheap is amazing.
