Traction T/A tires
Are B.F. Goodrich Traction T/A H tires clamshell or segmented molded? I have narrowed my tire choices down to the Traction T/A, Bridgestone G009 or the Potenza RE 950 (with the $50 rebate). All are within $5 of each other. I need some light snow use. Thanks.

"Clamshell or segmented mold?"
Clamshell is where the left and right sides are seperate pieces that are put together. Two pieces into one. Segmented is where several pie-shaped pieces are put together. Several pieces into one. Is that right? Which is better?

Have put 2 each of Traction TA HR tires on two different cars in the past 90 days
A '95 SAAB 9000 (late August) and a '91 Honda Accord (early November). In both cases they needed very little balance weight and have performed well in wet and dry. On the Honda especially, they seemed to enhance the turn-in response significantly.
