I have a complete engine and tranny for sale out of a 1992 300SE. This is an old style 104 with EFI and a 722.5 tranny. Engine is complete fan to flywheel. Belt is still on it.

I remember Mike from RC-Imports used a 3.2 M104 engine in his 91 190E 2.6 Race car. He swapped the engine, and used a 5-speed manual tranny. Would this engine work with my stock 93 190E 2.6 with an auto trans?

It will fit, but you would have to find the correct tranny unless you could modify your driveshaft and signals to work.
