2000 ML320 Fuel Filter

My M/B dealer wants >$200 to change the fuel filter in my 2000 ML320. It has 68,000 miles on it. I can order a filter from Filter 1. How difficult is it to actually change the fuel filter? Any special tools needed? Thanks.

ML filter

did they mention if it needs the filter modification? that can add some additional labor to the cost.
