Please Help The Alarm Goes Off For No Reason!!!

Hi, i have an ML320 2000, since two days ago the alarm goes off by itself and also the ceilling lights stay on, even after the car is turned on and i have to turn them off manually.
please tell me what i should do? should i disconnect and reconnect the battery or what? thanks
