I have a 98 ML 320 with 158k, with the last 48k I put on 1 1/2 year ago when I purchased it used in excellent shape. Two days ago I just started having my ETS and ABS started staying on intermittently, then a day ago stays on right after starting. When it would come intermittently, it was when I’d shift the SUV in gear. I know I should have an MB tech put the coder on it and zero in on the problem. But, just for my curiosity sake what could mostly be the chief problem and the ball park expense?
