Factory Warrantee term on 99 ML 320...???
What is the factory warrantee on a 99 ML 320...I just saw another thread and it sugguested the engine was under warrantee until 150,000 miles which seems a very long time to be covered...

The 150,000 mile warrantee is limited to engine failure due to oil sludge from conventional oil, per the agreement from MBUSA regarding a class-action suit.

The original warranty for MBUSA sold cars is 4YR/50K miles...
THERE are conditions to the 150K class action "oil consumption" problem.
