Rear Washer

Hello, Need help have been trying to clear a clog in the rear wiper hose on a ML320.

I believe the hose is clogged and would like to replace it. What is the hose route from the front tank back to the rear spritser ?

Thanks

rear washer

on the plastic panels of the rear truck are 3 plastic piece
- u shaped moulding
- main plastic bottom
- rear break light cover

All you need to remove is to the u shaped moulding and the rear break light cover. Its pretty easy to take out cuz its only held down by clips. The hose should be on the right side on the side of the interior trunk window. Most likely its not clogged because there are filters to prevent this from happening. I believe your rear windshield pump is defective, possibly switch problem (very common), or fuse blown.

I disconnected the hose at the rear gate and at the front end and tried to blow it out with compressed air. no go. only got a small amount of water, the hose itself must be clogged ? pump is new and pumps when the switch is hit
