Cool Fuses - 2001 ML 320

I have found the fuses next to the passenger foot well and the box in the engine compartment. Is there any other place that Mercedes hides fuses? My key less has stopped working and I cannot figure out which fuses/switches may need replacing. All the locks work properly with the key and with the central locking button in the car.....any ideas much appreciated.

TIA

Have you tried using the other key? Does that work?

Neither key works now but I also changed the batteries in both as well. I also tried to resync the keys using the method in the OM but this did not help.....

Make sure that you follow the sychronization proccess very closely. Put the key in the ignition and turn to the ON position, then extract the key and within 10 seconds perform the following. HOLD down the LOCK button while you press and release the UNLOCK button 5 times and then release the LOCK button. Now try the system, if it still does not work you must have a problem with either the antenna, antenna lead or your AAM module. A dealer is the best solution at that point.

Thank you - I will try again this afternoon then go to the dealer if it fails. Is it possible that the lead to the antenna could have been bumped - where is it located?
