Recommendation for work needed at 100K miles for ML320

I spoke to 2 service advisors and got 2 different answers as to what should be done at 100K miles. One said just the regular service plus new plugs. The other one said I need also transmission oil change, flush radiator, and many others... Any recommendations what should be done? Is there any literature I can look up? Thanks for the help.

If transmission oil was never changed, you should change it. same for spark plugs. coolant is supposed to be changed every 3 years and brake fluid every 2 years. You can do the math, all these will add up to over a $1000 bill.
