Has anyone had this w/ their W163?
This only happens when the weather is > 65F (doesn't happen in the winter) and it takes a few minutes to warm up enough for it to happen.

Wondering where this grommet/boot is and whether it's a DIY. Dealer says it'll probably be $300 to take it off and lubricate it, but it's probably not worth it (nice service advisor also has an ML and told me he'd just live with it). The MB extended warrantee doesn't cover it unfortunately :-P

p.s., MB also wouldn't goodwill the common cracked windshield reservior (horizontally cracked right at the crossbrace clip as is common w/ the pre-2002 W163)...
