ML430 dash controls/gages shake at start up

My ml430 dash controls (speedometer, temperature, rpm gages) shake, trimmer oddly at the start up and shut off of my car. Otherwise, they work fine, but for that couple of seconds, they shake and hesistate for they go to the position. Any clue why?
