What to look out for on the ML's

One of my friends really wants an ML, the one he's looking at is a 2003 ML320. What are the common problems with these cars as well as what to look out for?

ML 320 2002 Km130 000

Purchased at Km 116 000
Replaced Water pump and Driveshaft Hanging bearing
