Simple ML question

Do all ML's come with full time 4WD? I am thnking they always came that way but I wanted to be sure.

As far as I know, the ML first body style ML had full time all wheel drive. I have a 200 ML320, and while it's nice in the rain, I wish I could turn it off. Too much wear and tear going on for just driving to the grocery store.

Yes, the early systems were called 4-ETS. Part of the 1999 models had 4-ETS & now all are called ESP due to the modifications that were made.

Since the Range Rover in 1970, all "real" SUVs come with full-time 4WD.

It's just 3rd-world cheapo trucks that don't, and yes those are the ones where "wear" is actually a concern.
