ECU location - access

On the 2008 GL320 CDI (and I assume the 450 & 550) does anyone know where the ecu is located and how hard it is to remove/replace. I know, I haven't sprung for the W164 star manual yet!

Are you talking about the fuel computer?? It is "married" to the car. ONLY a dealer can replace OR re-program the fuel system computer!!
