Constant beeping and BAS ETS SRS lights on

My ml is beeping as soon as I stick the key in and my dash is lit up like a christmas tree. All the brake related lights are on, but I dont notice any difference in the way it drives and the brake lights go on when i press the pedal. I replaced all rotors and pads less than 5k miles and the battery is about a year old. I will try to pull the codes tommorrow. Anybody have any idea what might be wrong? Thanks in advance.

I ruled out brake switch as my lights work with the brake pedal. Also the alternator, because I put in a new one last year, and the car drives fine without losing power. So i narrowed down the culprit as the abs pump, since my fluid tank has been leaking for some time and it sits right underneath.

You should have the traction system scanned for codes.

Also ruling out the brake lamp switch because the lights work is incorrect.
