ml staling while driving please help
This same problem is happening to me, the vehicle has almost 100 000 miles, it has had a new fuel pump put in not sure when that was do. vehicle has died while on the highway but mostly when slowing down to a stop. it will restart most of the time right a way but a few times have to wait about 20minutes for it to restart. It also seems that the rpm gage dips below 1000 rpm and then jump up again. can anyone help has a brand new fuel filter with the updated lines.

Probably a bad "crank position sensor". Does what distributor used to do and provides reference for control of spark and fuel delivery.
Located on top (left side) of the trans bell housing; usually seen from above.

Changing the CPS is straight forward. You will likely spend more time finding it that changing it. At least that was the way it was for me. There is a DIY write up on it either here or on benzworld.
