Got A New Service Campaign Notice: 99 ML430
Campaign #2009-100002 M-Class Brake Line 99-2005 ML-430, ML-55, ML-500.
Anyone done this yet, or know anything about it? |

Small plastic clip to isolate the braided brake line at the hydraulic unit.

Takes 5 minutes in 99% of cases.
ONLY if the line is damaged will it take 1.5 hrs. less than 1%

If it's a Service Campaign, it's a warranty thing and no cost to you. If this is what MBUSA will pay your dealer ... .

Just had it done today. I'm guessing about 5 minutes. Plus an hour for "paperwork".
No other cars in for service as we had an early AM snowstorm and the smart ones canceled. Left me there by myself. |
