Mobil 1 0w40 on sale for $37.46 case w/ rebate

I've been using this in my 1995 E300 and I think it is the current oil recommended by MBNA.

Mobil 1 0w40 is available after rebate for $37.46 a case with free delivery in US from Amazon:

This is a case of 6 and with rebate, that's $6.24 quart. I pay $6.47 at Wal-Mart and don't have to fool with rebates and waiting.
