Installing lower shock mount bushing on x164

I need to install a new lower shock mount bushing on a 2007 GL450. I would like to do this on the vehicle given the rusted on/frozen bolts I have to cut away and remove so far. Breaker bars with very long extensions, impact guns, heat had no effect.

I honestly do not think I will be able to remove the nut on the lower ball joint to remove the lower control arm especially not without damaging the CV boot and the lower ball joint itself.

Any insight on installing this bushing while the lower control arm is still in the vehicle?
