Question ML 320 dashboard switch replacement.

I have a bad Aux Light switch on the dashboard of my ML320. What pieces of the dash do I have to remove (and how) to remove the old switch and replace it without breaking or tarnishing the dashboard pieces. I realize this is probably a set-by-step proceedure in a MB manual, but I do not have one. Tks in advance.

Do you have a radio and the little storage area below it?

Hold on a second. Are you sure it's bad? Let me briefly explain this switch.
The lower half of the switch is what turns on the orange LED. It indicates that the REAR foglight is on. Start the truck and turn on the headlights, then touch the BOTTOM of the Aux switch. The LED should come on, and if you look at the rear of the truck, you'll notice that there is one extra bright light on the LEFT side of the tail lights, that's the rear foglight. Go back to the interior, touch the BOTTM of the switch again and the rear foglight will be off.
The UPPER part of the switch needs to be programmed at a dealer to operate, it is used to activate the FRONT foglights if they have been installed. The upper half does nothing if not programmed to work.
