Please clarify

The problem is just in Firefox?
Do you still have another browser to try?
Office apps and everything else OK?

Look for font size adjustments. Under view then decrease.

Well, i tried both of the above, and i still have the same problem. I don't know why the page comes up with a bottom scrol bar.

You could try un-installing and re-installing. Other than that I'm stumped.

The screen Resolution is set at 800 by 600. If i move to 1024 by 768, the problem only gets smaller on the screen.

Here are a couple things you can try changing:
Edit->Preferences, Appearance section, Fonts section. At the bottom there is something called display resolution that has 3 options. Try 72 and 96.

View->Text Zoom->Smaller may have some effect.
