Exercise in the morning before you shower. Run, walk, etc. then shower. The morning that I play racquetball before work - I am fully charged
 . You may be losing your metabilism.

I'll try the whole excercise routine... I'm only 23 and I'm a young strong buck.
 I don't do much physical stuff but I am in college so I am always studying and cramming so maybe it's mental stress.
