So i found a service bulletin online, turns out that my 10 year old 115k acura is eligable for a free tuneup and oil change! I just set up my apointment for wednesday, here is whats included:
distributor cap/rotor plugs wires change oil wash car How cool is that?? I never expected any type of warranty to be valid on this car, and now i get a free tuneup!! Hell yeah acura.. Ryan

No gimmic but it's not as simple as a free tune up and oil change.
Acura is mandated to do these repairs to ensure the vehicle stays below its emission limits. Apparently, they must have some "issues" with higher mileage vehicles and a full tune-up will remedy those issues to some degree. Naturally, from your perspective, it's a free tune up. ![]() |
