I know it may be disgusting, but it is an open forum.

Anyone ever do it? Benefits? etc......

My wife sent me this linkhttp:

www.drnatura.com and told me her friend at work tried thi s and supposedly helped her a lot.

Truing to stay healthy aas I get older, I am always willing to listen to any advise given.

By the same token, I heard read once that all the cleansing is a bunch of crap(pardon the pun) that a normal functioning colon cleanses it self.

isnt that the stuff that makes you crap out all the "sludge" in your lower intestine and it is like 5 feet long until its all gone..

I dunno, that's what I'm trying to find out. Look at the pics on that site, pretty disgusting.

I've used similar products with ground psyllium and fenugreek seeds. Be sure to drink PLENTY of water. They say the stuff can turn to near concrete othewise.

Have been a guest before and after. They do raw foods diet with wheat grass juice and a 3 day fast the first week, not technically a complete fast because you have raw vegetable juice and wheat grass with it.

Part of the process is daily enemas followed with a wheat grass juice enema. Does have quite an effect. I saw people come in looking pasty and listless and after 3 weeks, they'd be rosy cheeked and more lively. One week stay minimum. Reasonable rates. They have a place in Austin now, too.

I think this method, specially with a colonic added, is better than the intestinal cleansing powders, but it takes longer.

Yes, I had to read and look at the pics too

One of the testimonials -the lady states she crapped out 20 pounds of worms and immediately ordered another months supply. Think I would have checked myself into a hospital

20 pounds of worms usually lasts me at least 3 months.

I know of a woman who felt way better within a couple months of taking all her mercury fillings out too. The dentist in good conscience couldn't work with mercury fillings. They all had to be gold. They were all expensive. So I figured what a concience to him is.
