What's this whole anti-abortion talk for?

Are they really going to take away abortion? South Dakota decided to take matters into their own hands I guess. Although I am a big conservative, I believe that people should have a choice. What the hell are you supposed to do if you get raped by some nasty guy? Do you keep the baby?

I wasn't around for that whole Roe vs Wade crap so I am naive when it comes to this.

PIERRE, S.D. - Gov. Mike Rounds signed legislation Monday banning nearly all abortions in South Dakota, setting up a court fight aimed at challenging the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion.

The bill would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless the procedure was necessary to save the woman’s life. It would make no exception for cases of rape or incest.
