How does the W203 compare to the W202 in terms of reliability? Are there any nagging problems with W203 wagons?

One of the ladys in the office at work has one. C240, nice little car. I looked at them at the dealer, I didn't think they were worth the money new. Saw one that had a sticker of $37k, nice car but not worth that in my book.

However now they are used and I have seen pretty nice ones for $20k.
