Swiss watches

I noticed somebody mentioned Swiss watches. Anybody interested in fine mechanical watches in addition to fine automobiles?
What brands/models do you like? I have a couple of Brietlings, a Chronoswiss, and a Girard Perregeaux. I love the Chronoswiss Opus. It's an open skeleton watch with all the works exposed front and back.

Do a search; there was a lengthy (and very interesting) watch thread a year or two ago. You could do a public service by resurrecting it and adding your comments to the end..

I think this is the mother of all Swiss watch threads. It looks like it has over 200 responses and almost 10,500 views:

Ceegars & watches, mmmmm!

And exotic cars . . .All the best things in life! Obviously people who like finely engineered driving machines are partial to finely engineered time machines, too.
Anybody know if the European auto industry has a seal of approval that is equivalent to the Geneva Seal in watchmaking?
Next watch will be a Patek Calatrava 3919 in rose gold. Whoooeeee! After I get the CLK430, of course!

As rich as the rolex guys think they are you would think that they would be wearing Vacheron.

Plus, VC doesn't make a dive watch. My sub goes on every dive with me.

I'm wearing a Wenger watch as we speak.

Swiss movement, sapphire crystal, stainless steel case, and you can't beat the price.
