I believe they sell both battery and automatic movements. Mine has a battery.

I wear an old late 70's Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer...the gold links on the bracelet are beginning to stretch and the clasp has been coming open by itself lately...it is pricey to recast the gold links though...I think I may retire it to an automatic watch winder soon...

Put it on a strap. It'll feel like having a whole new watch.

Skeletons?

Anybody have a skeleton watch (with the face cut away so you can see the movement from the front? I have a Chronoswiss Opus. The bridges, gears, etc. are all engraved and heavily decorated. It's a stunner.

The watch is old and the style is somewhat heavy/bulky...I tried putting the watch against a few leather straps, but it just did not look right...a metal bracelet seems to match it better...I did take the watch to a jeweller, and to melt down the gold links, and then recast them is quite expensive...
