I know some of you guys know what w199i is. I searched the White House Archives and cannot locate it. It was supposidly signed about 2 months before 9/11. So June/July ish 2001. Yet I read all of the orders during the summer and spring of 2001 and cannot locate it.

Is it real? If so I want to read the exact text, or does it not exist?

Hmm interesting. I did a search on it after hearing the guy who runs infowars.com rant about it. If one search's it on Google for example they just get conspiracy sites. I was unable to find it on Wika, I guess you are better at searching.

What really caught my attention is that if one reads the official White House Website, the executive orders issued in 2001 do not match up at all. Nore do the numbers. 213589 is not an executive order number, their would be no "2" in the beginning for starters. Neither is the W199i-WF part either for that matter.

So its an FBI number? Either it is as the conspiracy guys claim and some sort of FBI case/order that was covered up, or is just secert. Or it just doesn't exist and is an urban legand. I found no usefull info in the BBC links on Wika. So for now because of no evidence one must conclude that W199I-WF-213589 either doesn't exist, or may in some form that has not yet been made public.

However since no one actualy nows what is in 213589, since it is either top secert or just doesn't exist, the conspiracy guys are full of crap.
