He was wrong in the particular but may have been justified in the general.
What I mean is this: He destroyed private property. At a guess, that is at least a misdemeanor. Being an obnoxious, inconsiderate jerk is not a criminal offense. However, in the general sense the particular behavior of one person infringes on the rights of others. B |
