Interesting I tested on 10/31 with 8500 and 12600 DL, today under 2400 DL ??

Justin, I have ComCr*P, and HAD severe dropouts, usually at weather changes. Like as the morning warm up occcured. They (over god knows how many visits) replaced connectors. Finally found the one at the pole was bad. Been near bullet proof since.

I remember in the pre-browser days login into a chicago university unix as guest using Hytelnet and watching a jpeg display literaly scanline by scanline (porn of course, the only place to get porn in them days was from a university archives , and you had to know what you where doing). I also remember online chatting with "redsonja" and "shadow", two girls at the universities online study and after finaly convincing them that I was not in fact sitting at a terminal in their lab all of us being blown away that this was possible. 10 dl, 14.4mbps upload on FiOS. I'm in the middle of streaming a webinar through a VPN though so a huge amount of bandwidth is taken up by that. Not sure what the resurrection post is on about...satellite is a completely different connection than any cable.
