How do y'all feel about smoothies......
For those of you who are trying to shed a few pounds I suggest replacing one or two of your daily meals with a smoothie.
Not the sugary kind you buy in a freeze, but one you make yourself at home or buy in a smoothie shop. My friend and I have been doing it for awhile and I gotta tell you the results are amazing. I usually make one for breakfast consisting of soy milk(some use skim) strawberries,bananas, blueberries and grapenut. I am not kidding when I tell you that I go for about 5 hours without food crossing my mind. Depending on the menu and/or what time I get home, I sometimes have one for dinner. I don't fell bloated, like with a large meal and have plenty of energy, fiber and vitamins. Just thought I'd pass it along to all of my MSSHOP pals. Peace, love and hairgrease!
