Sitting across from me is "fpharryc." He lives in Fresno, but he drives all the way down to L.A. to have Enrique work on his cars.

He owns a white 1990 300CE that Enrique is working on today. It is a very nice car.

It feels like like a coupe convention here today.

These are defintely limited production numbers for these cars. No limited editions just limited production!

BENZ-LGB's new 91 300CE is a jaw dropping beauty. It is such a pleasure by just looking at it. My arctic white 90 300CE appears to be somewhat boring.

My 300CE got a good exercise today. Round trip 460 miles. I poured in a bottle of BG44k into the fuel tank on my way home. Those carbon deposit cleaned out by Enrique from the EGR tube intake side really made me sick. Anyway, my NOx is way down now. At least it is a relief.

That's not true: there was in fact a Limited Edition called the 300CE SPORTLINE:

It included the following features:

Sportline badging on front fenders and on gearshift knob

Sportline shocks and suspension with stiffer springs and dampers and a slightly lowered stance

Sportline steering wheel (slightly smaller than stock) with a quicker steering ratio for faster turning

Sportline seats with better bolsters and firmer thigh support for sportier driving

Sportline leather covered gearshift knob

Wider wheels and tires

The Sportline option is the factory limited edition and is extremely rare and coveted. Stevge Nervig of mbcoupes.com owns one and I have seen it, it is very nice. In the UK you could get this option on the wagon also.

The Sportline option was also available on the W201 190 series.

I'm sorry guys, for interrupting.

I saw one of those today. It's time to forget about those pre-modern MB artifacts. This thing is just off the wall...

Yes, and standing right behind you, while you were playing with your laptop was noone less than 'LaRondo', the "Trollsky-Antagonist" ...

I saw the red Coupe, it's nice...

You drove the cream colored (or light ivory) diesel sedan???

Trollsky Antagonist. I like that.

Not as dramatic as Trollsky Agonistes though.

No, my Diesel is gold-colored. I actually parked right next to your Coupe, before it went into the shop.
I walked across the street for a couple of donuts, that's when I saw the new CL-Series zipping by.
A minor logistic error is causing a delay with the parts delivery, I have to be back on Wednesday.

I saw you. You're the tall white guy. (I'm 5'8" just about everyone is tall next to me. Just check out the thread where we presented Enrique with a plaque. In the pic I am the guy with the USC sweatshirt. Everyone is taller than me, except maybe Enrique!). I saw you looking at the coupe.

Interesting that there were three members of this forum at Enrique's at the same time.

And yet, Enrique does not even know how to access the web. So he can't read all the good things we post about him here.

I may be back on Wednesday. He ordered a new ignition tumbler for the car and it will be in on Wednesday.

There was also a Special Edition AMG w124 e320 Cabriolet that was an option in Europe for 1994 and 1995. I believe that only a couple of hundred were ever produced.

The car had uprated suspension, wheels and a body-kit, plus the m104 had about 35hp over the US version,,, but I don't know if that was just the regular Euro-spec engine or some AMG tuning.

Me, feisty? You got the wrong guy.

I am the easiest going, most mild-tempered, relaxed person you'd ever meet.

And you better get that right and stop pissing me off.

My family hails from Catalonia.
