I change mine daily, and wash the old ones. I'll wear pants for three days, shirts for two (depending on conditions)
Socks and underwear? Daily 99 % of the time... Unless I cant, for reason of not having, being bedridden, or like one time...

Staying awake for 3 days straight.... God that sucked balls afterwords, but DAMN it was good fun... party at night, drink energy drinks during the day... Lan party in the basement, party upstairs..........................

Anyways, yeah, didnt change anything during that time. It was bad, i wont do it again
