Well, the plastic brake return line on the 400e had a recall because it was routed too close to the aux fan resistor. Car's been in for this B4, but the part wasn't in stock,,, imagine that,,,

Well anyways, I'm driving (atleast for today) a 2007 C280 with 3700 miles. Nice car, got memory for everything,,, seat, radio, window position,,, but NOT the darned seatbelt. Every time I go to attach the seatbelt I gotta move the dang buckle where it needs to be,,, unlike my 400e, and my 300SD's.

Also I saw on the car a button on the inside of the trunk that shows if you push it, the trunk will open, I guess they want any potential kidnapped person the ability to "Push" the button to open the trunk, but then I ask,,, whny in the world would they (MB) put 2 handle on the inside of the trunk lid that say "Pull"? The only way to see them is if you are in the trunk,,, Pull to close the trunk, Push to open??? Guess to be able to get that 6th person in the car when needed
And finally, Whlist on the lot I looked at he SL550 and tghe CLS500 and some RL,,, Both the SL and the CLS stated 81% parts from Germany, buyt interestingly the RL was 62% made in the USA!
