Minnesota makes to #2 despite lack of snow the last few years. We dropped six places though in education but still tops in healthcare thanks to Ted's return.

I'm not surprised to see Lousy-ana down at no. 49. It usually comes in dead last or close to it in any poll involving quality of life.
My No. 1 gripe with it right now is the hot weather is already starting.

Well, VA came out okay. It IS pretty nice here other than the unbelieveable traffic problems around Northern VA. It's cold enough here. I don't think I'd trade the weather in MN or NH in order to move up.
