I think this is the second time she was caught driving with a suspended license.

45 days in jail is excessive.

I would've sentenced her to two days in jail, followed by 120 hours of community service, wearing an orange jumpsuit picking up garbage on the side of the road.

too me this issue is not about her, it's about our legal system in general whenever a high profile person in my community gets into trouble the judges smack them:

no priors,no issues just a judge that had a hard on.

Hopefully, something bad will happen and a really rich guy turns the screws. Not enough people are pissed off. Look what a little BS did for Alec Baldwin, now hes a man with a mission.

45 days in jail might be the best thing that ever happened to her. I have little doubt that she'll be able to buy protection from someone -- just have her people put a few $hundred a week on the books for some indigent tough girl to spend on cigarettes and she'll be fine.

As for not deserving it, she acts like she's above the law. Bingo, bango, pow, you're busted.

Yep, for once I agree with our resident hippie. A few weeks in the slammer may be what it takes to straighten her out. At the rate she's been going, she will be dead in 5 years if she doesn't straighten out.

County jail- big deal. She'll be locked up nearly the entire time and segregated from the general population. **** goes down when inmates go out for rec-time, chow etc.

She should have been put on a work crew, that's something she knows very little about. Sitting around and reading is easy time.

She is a waste of air. She is no benefit to others. She deserves the same treatment as everybody else. Remember, equal protection under the law???? Its in the constitution.

That is what the constitution states, however, what happens tends to be another thing.......do you know the Golden Rule? He (or she) who has the gold rules.

Actually, in California laws are pretty tough for DUIs.

Remember, she first got a suspended sentence and was put on 36 months probation.

She violated probation 3 times, twice arrested post conviction, then driving with a suspended license and not enrolling in an alcohol school program.

She had it coming. Judge did not have a lot of discretion.

MM, under sentencing rules, the judge had very little choice.

And everyone can relax, Paris ain't getting shanked anytime soon.

She is not going to do hard time at the Lynwood jail. She will not be be in the general population. No Blacks or Mejicanos are ever going to touch her flawless white skin.

The Lynwood jail is not Alcatraz.
