Kinda looks Ferrari-ish...

I like the original flavour

Not even close to the 911. Think also about the 450-560SL's 72-89

The 911 has been totally reworked many many times through its lifecycle. A new 911 shares almost nothing with the older ones. It may look similar but it's like comparing a 1957 Corvette to a 2007 C6 Corvette. The 928 was Porsche's longest run on the same chassis.

Back on track. The NSX showed that a sports car can have everyday reliability and really made the other manufacturers step-up the quality and reliability. I still think the NSX is a great looking car. Not to mention, with the addition of a turbo kit, the NSX is one hell of a track car that can run with or beat most cars on the market.

I guess a $30k car with $20k of mods for a 850rwhp car isn't bad. I wonder what the numbers are with that much power through two wheels.

One of the sweetest and most friendly usable sports car ever made, a fitting tribute to Ayrton Senna and Sochiro Honda.

Check out the legend drive a NSX at http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8561369878817702526

Thank you so much for that. I stopped following formula one after he was killed. Though I did see Schumacher drive at Indy. That guy is incediably strong. But like any good German totally lacked the romance of Senna.

Sweet! Watch him heel-toe. A forgotten technique these days.

My brother in law in Japan owns a Mitsu Evo with 400bhp modified engine, he took me to one of those races, it was right out of the set of Fast and the Furious, many NSX turbo and Skyline GTR still survive there surprisingly.

I've always respected the NSX. I feel that people don't appreciate it enough. It wasn't cool what Honda did with the pricing thoughout the years though.

I don't care for their looks and they aren't sick fast, but I can see super's point about it being a great track car with a turbo.

They might not be super fast but they feel great and are fast enough to enjoy for daily driving plus they're cheap to maintain and extremely reliable. Money for brakes and tires and you're all set.

Well on a track the NSX is probably at least as fast as say a Ferrari 348.

I never liked the name, it sounds like an STD. "that girl gave me NSX"
