Adding a small bathroom

I need to add a small bathroom and a closet here squeezed in a 6 foot by 10 foot area. Door will need to be at one end on the 10 foot wall. I'm thinking of going with a 32" shower stall since I have a bath in the other bathroom. Possible?
I'm stumped as to the layout. (must be the rain)

do what the europeans do.. tile the entire thing, drain in the middle, toilet on one end, shower faucet on the adjacent wall.. and a sink somewhere... you can go #2 and shower at the same time! its brilliant

Put a tub at one end along the short wall. Put the toilet next to that, then the vanity. Then on the door end put the closet. If the door is on the very end then put the closet so you are looking at the closet when you open the door (why do you want a closet in the bathroom?) Anyway, if the door is a couple of feet from the end of the long wall then you can put the closet on the short wall opposite from the tub.

This sounds about right. I have designed in the high hundreds of toilets with that general plan. It is when that plan won't work that it gets complicated.

The space I have to work with is 6x10. The bathroom and closet to be in that space. Closet and bathroom door will be on the same 10 foot wall. Closet will not in the br. Although, I would think a linen cabinet for towels would need to be in there.
I'm thinking a shower behind the closet. Supply lines can go in the wall between shower/closet with a removable panel on the closet back wall to get to the plumbing if needed.

TheDon, I guess that would save on toilet paper.

You can get those prefab showers, they aren't very big 3x3 maybe.

Round front, angled ....

I put one in the basement bathroom here, no tub just the shower

Only other advice I can give is if you can put in a pocket door that can help a lot in tight spaces. I have one and it works very well. Only problem is the guest who uses the bathroom with the door open and then asks "why doesn't your bathroom have a door?!!" (Actually only happened once.)

I lived in Europe for some years and as was mentioned their system of a tiled bathroom with toilet and a drain in the floor is very handy. The BRs are usually sunken an inch or so below the surrounding rooms so that if you have an over flow the water won't go far.

Don't forget pocket doors. They are very handy when space is limited.

Truely a wise people.

Just don't do what some people do and carpet it, carpet in bathrooms is sick.
