The condition of the car is worth doing a changeover. NO rust, dents, clearcoat failure, dash cracks, wood damage, interior rips or sags or aluminum trim hazing. Everything works and he has 2 sets of bundts plus a complete set of paper manuals.:eek:

I'll be in touch if things work out here.:D

I'm thinking of a word that rhymes with fast bird.;)

Glassed turd? There's no fiberglass on it and it's the shiniest turd I've ever seen ... if you would call a beautiful w123 a turd that is.:D:D

Just a little post-race report:
I ended up taking my son #1 and daughter to the races (first time for DD) last night and they had a great time. Waaaaaay too many cautions, which was kind of unusual since they generally let things play out for the entry level stuff. My buddy in the 8 cyl. class finished 4th after starting 20th (was still coming strong but just ran out of laps after being caught up in slower traffic). $31 for three hours of entertainment for the 3 of us including a couple snack and beverage trips wasn't too shabby.

That said...the mullet, rat-tail and young (often pregnant) mom with a young kid in one arm and a cigarette in the other hand are alive and well in rural, SE CT.:D In spite of my suburban setting (the Mrs. was a small city girl so that's our compromise), most people around these parts think I'm on the hick end of the spectrum. Let's just say there's still a pretty big chasm there. :)

We'll see how it goes.:D The only drawback is it's got the California setup under the hood.

2 things I was incorrect about before. He's the second owner. He bought it when it was 1-1/2 years old. Also, the clear coat isn't perfect but it's not hazed, cloudy, or peeling ... it has some spidering on the trunk lid.

Woo hoo! We're getting it.

Ehh,had to see a tenant who complained of low water pressure, turns out 2 of the garden faucets were running..........of course I blazed 2 doobies before visiting her, college professor likes to walk around in panties and t-shirt,hence my anesthetisation so I won't sport wood, but perhaps that's what she wants.

She probably thinks she's raising the stakes in her favor to have you take care of what she requests/wants.;)
