As you noted, be careful how you ask....he was asking for it, imho.

That's nothing.

I recall a story from 5 or so years back where some mechanic recommended multi-vis, detergent oil for the guy's XK 140,so the hoople pours 2 cups of Tide laundry soap into his crankcase......gotta dig it out,it was hilarious.
