Get rid of Google strip on right of my screen
So I had an email from google. Like a sucker I opened it. Who would think google would scam me?
And now I have this pesky google strip on the right side of my screen. Anybody know how to get rid of it? I tried deleting my cookies but that didn't work. Tom W

Go to Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and see if you can spot it there. What selections are offered if you right-click it?

I would right click on it and see if it gives the option to show/hide it or close it permanently. Also, check Start, all programs, startup and see if it's in there. You can delete it out if there and it won't start up again...
