Well, one way of training a puppy is to take it and put it's nose to the pee spot. Another is to build their endurance up by crate training. Being a teacher, she decided to "one up" and make the kid drink urine. Urine is sterile so it won't kill. No murder charge. Maybe she was a science teacher and was doing experiments.
