I generally cannot eat anything without chili powder,flakes or loads of hot sauce.
I also grow my own habanero and scotch bonnet peppers.

As to chili,the way I prepare it is far more effective than senna or colace in promoting rapid motility.

All hail the king and queen of chili namely the Bhut and Naga Jolokia, one is enough.
