Moonwalk..not Breakdance

I want to learn how to "Moonwalk" a la Michael Jackson.

Are there any websites out there that might give me some tips on how to pull this off?

This is for the upcoming Xmas party show at work. Thanks.

I'm picturing you moonwalking with your baby pushing your tummy out. Go momma, go!

You're over twenty years too late. Let the dream die.

I believe the macarena or the charleston would be more in vogue.

It's easy. Stand with both feet together. Lift the heel of one foot off the ground while maintaining contact with the ground using only your toes. Shift your weight onto that foot and slide the other foot back while maintaining contact with the ground using the whole bottom of that foot. Repeat.

Going forward is the opposite. Stand on the ground with one flat foot and slide the other foot forward with only the toes contacting the ground.

Jen just review some of his old music videos, pretty easy to do- practice on the kitchen floor in socks.
