That's one thing I can't develop a taste for. I've had "good quality" sake and the whole experience is cool, but it tastes like hot beer to me.

I guess it's an acquired taste, like any alcoholic beverage, but sake is generally only consumed hot in the winter.

I love sake. Maybe too much.

But good sake is only drank cold.

And it's good to remember that there is no benefit to aging sake. In fact, it only gets worse.

So drink it fresh, right out of the bottle.

Alright, I'll give it another chance. If good sake is only drank cold, I must not have had the good stuff.
