Questions about Ebay ad, and car shipping overseas

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320230842357&ssPageName=ADME:B:EF:MOTORS:1123

I am getting a lot of questions about shipping this car to Europe.
In the ad I indicate the buyer is responsible for shipping and transporting; are these people too lazy to look up shipping themselves? Who could I refer as a shipper for these people?
Has anyone ever shipped a non running project car with no brakes to Europe?

Also I am getting bids from 0 feed back bidders; can I block them or dump them?

The ebay Alfa site has had a lot of non paying flakes that just love to bid up a car for fun; if you put a car in there with a "buy it now" some penniless punk in Romania will 'buy it now'.

There are no eBay tools to prevent "zero feedback" bidders from bidding. The closest thing they'll let you do is block buyers with a feedback rating of -1 or lower.

You can also block buyers who have received two "unpaid item strikes" within the last 30 days.

You can also block buyers who are registered in countries to which you don't ship.

You do have the option of canceling bids. You also have the option of adding any particular user ID to your "blocked bidder list" on eBay (for all the good it will do you; they can always cook up a fresh user ID if they wish).

I would recommend container shipping. Probably 3-4k, less if you can share the container. Buyer responsible for taxes, fees, and whatever else they might throw atcha.

you should set a reserve w/ your buy it now and you can also require bidders to have a paypal account which, while not tool-proof, will reduce the flake count some. i would require all foreign buyers to find out about the shipping for themselves.

Keep in mind you can set whatever rules you want. So you can require minimum feedback or whatever terms you want. You can say "bids can be cancelled at my descretion" or whatever. Be VERY careful with overseas bidders. If they pay with a credit card, you will get the money, and then LATER if it turns out to be a stolen card, they will take the money back and you will be SOL. I wouldn't ship something so big and expensive overseas IMHO.
