1. Because people suck, they create cities with traffic lights and laws. Outside those cities you can have fun like that.

2. Because your in school and poor like me. I was just talking to my friend about this the other day. He is going to get a Lambo, and I'm getting a Ferrari. But he has like 5 years left of med school, than God knows how long until he starts making real money. I won't even begin to guess on my fate.
