If it was due to one person, or a very limited number of people, and you put those users on "ignore", would those posts still trip your filter? It could be an option if it causes more problems down the road.

Not that there's anything wrong with that . . . .

That probably would work, but another solution would be using the written word in a less knuckle-dragging fashion.

No, it uses a internet scan engine that weighs the content and bans the website, as I said before the ban was lifted by our IT for me but don't you think its silly that a car forum was blocked to sexual content?

Exactly, an attempt at being cryptic would be a good start..if possible.

A car forum blocked because of sexual content - LOL

Must have been all that talk of getting stubborn nuts off, and tight/loose rear ends.

Hm - whoda thought......

Honestly for me it has not been the sexual content. (But I do understand your point)
I am coming back less and less because of certain people. There is always one who sticks out in a crowd. The last time it was some young punk kid who has a father that supplies his MB habit. The kid posted on the board and gave advice on stuff he knew nothing about. Someone posted a pic one time and he flat out called their car a POS.

I started coming back and now it is post after post about how drunk someone is getting or how drunk someone got and then how they drove home or didn't get laid or how they hit on someone..... blah, blah, blah. Young immature stuff that I am trying to stay away from.

Sorry, that is my rant, I had to throw my 2 cents in.

When you see Hatties thread about getting drunk, you know, you don't HAVE to open it.

Let me know about any offenders, I know of one newer member who I am watching like a hawk.

The forum has been amazingly calm as of late, other than having to threaten to lock a thread here or their nothing. Nate deleted his threads, I'm going to go easy on my drunk threads, so we should be good...

I don't want to rat anyone out, but Walgamuth said "Dork".
