Its pretty much a driving bank of batteries.

I wonder what it would look like if a Suburban hit it?

lol he expects people to drive something like that.....

If he actually did a conventional design it would market SO much better.

It looks like something a 4 or 5 year old would design.
Did he not say that this is the car he has wanted to build since he was 4 or 5 years old?

Yes....

Its sad because if he did use a proper design...put me on the list to buy it.

I don't care how many MPG (or MPcharge) that thing gets. You wouldn't catch me dead in it.

The guy obviously has no concept of aerodynamics much less style. And he wants it to hit 200MPH! I could also point out over 100 different safety issues. The whole contraption is a mass of stupidity.

I have to agree that it looks very strange and unsafe. What I don't get is that he put all that effort into something so impractical. Did he not talk it over with anyone and brainstorm some ideas? Did he not do any research?

Looks like a student-built university project from the 70's.

He obviously has some car-guy skills...I guess he had nothing left for design after his exhaustive technical effort?

It's probably something more like a proof of concept than something actually meant for the road. My guess is he wants to get bought out.
